Attempt the following if you can't enter the store.
- Wait a while and try again
- Restart the application
- Restart your device
- Switch to a different connection (Wi-Fi, etc.)
- Sign in/out of your platform account (Apple ID/Google/HUAWEI ID)
- Reinstall the application
* Do this with a secure connection.
* Make sure your device has enough free storage space.
* You must sync the data beforehand to restore player data after reinstalling.
If ""Failed to obtain product list."" is displayed, it's possible there is a problem with your platform account.
If attempting the above does not solve the problem, please contact the customer service provided by your platform.
