Check the following for the conditions for receiving Rank Match rewards.

Class Rewards
Rewards obtainable at the end of the season based on the highest Class you reach during the season.
*Will be sent to your Present Box.

You must participate in at least one match during the season to receive Class Rewards.
You cannot receive them if you didn't participate in at least one match during the season.

Ranking Rewards
Rewards obtainable based on your rank at the end of the season.
*Will be sent to your Present Box.

Promotion Rewards
Received once when you are promoted to a new Class.
*Will be sent to your Present Box.

You will not receive Promotion Rewards when attaining a Class you have already attained once.

Victory Rewards
You can obtain 1 Dreamball when winning a match.
*It will be added directly to the Dreamballs in your inventory.

After receiving one, it will be replenished every 24 hours. A maximum of 7 Dreamballs can be replenished.
