Main Special Skill cannot be moved, but you can change the order of Sub Special Skills.

1. Go to the Home screen, then tap Players > Player List > Select a player.
2. Tap the ">" arrow on the right hand side of the screen to show the list of Special Skills.
3. Tap the cog icon in the Special Skills section.
4. Tap the Sub Special Skill you want to move.
5. Tap the Sub Special Skill you want the Sub Special Skill you selected on step 4 to move to.
6. Tap OK to confirm.
