If SSR Transfer Tickets are not displayed in the Exchange Shop, either the relevant item was not available at the time you checked the Exchange Shop or you have reached your maximum number of exchanges.
Items are displayed randomly and the listing is refreshed regularly.
There is also a limit to how many of each type of Transfer Ticket can be exchanged. The number of exchanges will be displayed on the left side of necessary medals as "- Remaining".
Once the maximum number of exchanges has be reached, the item will be sold out and will no longer be displayed after the Exchange Shop refreshes.
