Items that I purchased aren't reflected in the game. What should I do?


If items you have purchased fail to appear in the game, this may be due to a delay caused by either your internet connection or your purchase method.

Follow the steps to below to confirm whether or not your purchase has been completed. (Please note the confirmation process may differ depending on your OS version.)

Android
1. Go to Google Pay (https://pay.google.com/payments/home) and log in with the Google account linked to your device.
2. Find "Other purchase activity" and select "View purchases".
3. Select the relevant purchase and check the transaction history.

iOS
1. On your iOS device, tap Settings > your user name > iTunes & App Store >Apple ID > View Apple ID.
2. Sign in using your Apple ID.
3. Scroll down and then tap Purchase History.
