Your game account can be deleted in-game. You must request that your account be deleted by accessing the Settings menu from the top-right corner of the Home screen and then tapping the "Request Account Deletion" button at the bottom of the Contact Us screen.
Please make sure to read the following precautions before submitting your request.
IMPORTANT
- Once your account has been deleted, it will no longer be possible to play that game using that account.
- All game data, including any unused in-game currency, will be reset to default values.
- We will no longer be able to provide support for any unresolved customer support inquiries related to deleted data.
- Deleted accounts cannot be restored for any reason.
- Account deletion will take approximately two weeks after a request is submitted.
- You will no longer be able to use the KLab ID that was linked to this account with Bleach: Brave Souls.
- Account deletion cannot be requested on the PlayStation®4, PlayStation®5, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox versions.
From when you submit a deletion request until your account has been deleted, it will be marked as Deletion Request Submitted. During this time, you will not be able to play the game. Once you have applied to delete your account, this action cannot be undone.
In-Game Subscriptions
Account deletion does not automatically cancel any active subscriptions. Please ensure that you cancel any active subscriptions via the platform (App Store, Google Play) from which you purchased your subscription.
