Friend Points can either be used in Kon's Corner to acquire items or used to purchase EXP Boosters.

Tap Shop/Summons > Shop to access Kon's Corner.

EXP Boosters can either be purchased from the same Shop screen as Kon's Corner or by tapping the "+" icon next to "Purchase EXP Booster" in the bottom left of the Prepare for Quest screen.
