If an unknown error occurs, recovering your data may solve the issue.

From the Title screen, go to Menu > Data Recovery and then tap "Re-download."

Re-downloading the app data will repair any data errors. Please note that this action will download all the app data, so we recommend performing this action in a location with a stable internet connection. A stable Wi-Fi connection is best for this.
