In the Arena, you can change characters and edit their Support Links from the Arena Top screen.

Changing Characters
Tap the "Change" button in the top right of the Arena Top screen then tap the "Change Character" button.

Edit Support Links
Tap the "Change" button in the top right of the Arena Top screen then tap the "Changer" button in the top right of the Support Links section. You can only select Support Link characters of the same Attribute as the base character.
