If you have any filters set, only characters that match the filter conditions will be displayed. Follow the steps below to reset all filters so that all the characters you own are shown.

1. On the Edit screen, tap the "Sort" button in the top right.
2. Tap "Filter 1" and then tap the "Reset" button in the top right.
3. Tap "Filter 2" and then tap the "Reset" button in the top right.
