In the Arena, the arrow in front of your character changes as follows depending on whether there are any active Arena Missions.

Red Arrow
A red arrow indicates the direction of the nearest enemy when there are no active Arena Missions.

Yellow Arrow
A yellow arrow appears when there is an active Arena Mission and indicates the nearest mission target.
