In the Arena, when an NPC bot's Stamina reaches zero, it will respawn with increased stats. The higher a bot's stats, the greater the reduction to a team's Power Gauge when the bot's Stamina is reduced to zero.

There are five levels of stats increase. A bot with a stats increase will have a number next to their name indicating their current stats increase level.
