If you experience problems with the game force-quitting or freezing, try the following steps to restore or improve performance:
- Restart the app.
- Agree to the Terms of Use again.
- Close any other open apps.
- Avoid playing while your device is charging.
- Clear your browser history and cache.
- Ensure you are playing with a stable internet connection.
- Go to Settings > Options > General and turn off Smooth Mode.
- Recover your game data from the Title screen by going to Menu > Data Recovery and then tapping "Re-download."
- If the app data is kept on an external storage device, move the app data to your device’s internal storage.
Please note that we also do not recommend playing the game via an emulator.
